On 15/12/2009 I spent the day trackside in the vacinity of Gheringhap Loop (Victoria). All trains that passed by in daylight hours were filmed and have been included in this compilation. I’ve included the approximate times each train passed – those who follow the excellent “Gheringhap loop” website (maintained by Graham Elliot) will note slight differences in the times as some trains were filmed a few km from the loop. In order of appearance we see: 0:00-0:23 5.30am LDP003+6002+6004 (service AM6) 0:24-0:42 6.25am NR22+NR47 (Service AM5) 0:43-1:05 8.45am G515+HL203+B76 (service AM2) 1:06-1:21 10.15am NR115 (service MA8) 1:22-1:39 11.10am NR75+XRB561+NR107 (service AM3) 1:40-1:54 12.40pm NR69+NR26+AN4 (service AB6) 1:55-2:11 12.35pm NR76 (service SX2) 2:12-2:17 1.05pm A85 light engine (light engine) 2:18-2:31 13.30pm A85 (cement) 2:32-2:49 3.20pm NR81+NR100+NR47+NR22 (service MP4) 2:50-3:04 3.30pm NR82+AN7 (service XW4) 3:05-3:19 7.00pm RL302+442s1 (loaded sleepers, push pull formation) 3:20-3:32 8.25pm SCT013+SCT012+SCT014 (service MP9) 3:33-3:45 9.00pm NR99+NR90 (service MA5)

Just an overall layout view from as high up as I could get the tri-pod set up, so, excuse the little shaking at the end, I had a hard time reaching the stop button… lol…I recorded this in 1080p not sure what goes thru YouTube… Running my MTH Amtrak Surfliner & Lionel NYC RS-11 with a mixed freight… and up top, the little die cast switcher on a local run… Hope you enjoy the view… Thanks for watching… And Yes, that’s a strap hanger from a RedBird subway car…
